How do I register a new account?
If you would like to set up an account with RS Sales & Distribution Ltd. Please click here and complete our registration form. Please note that the online ordering option isn't available to all customers but we are working hard to make it available to every one in the near future. Your account will need to be approved before you are able to login. This process may take up to 24hrs.

How do I log in to the site?

or the login button which can be found either in the top right hand corner of the site or on the Home Page which you can navigate to by clicking home. Enter the username and password you generated during registration.

What is the Minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum order value (MOV) is the value your order must reach in order to qualify for free delivery. All pricing across our site includes delivery providing the MOV is met however.

Where do you deliver to?
We have the ability to deliver anywhere across the UK and Ireland however certain locations may be subject to additional freight charges. If your desired delivery location falls within one of these areas you will be notified before we despatch your goods.

How do I pay for my order?
We recommend that customers set up a trade account with us providing various benefits including 30 day credit terms. If you prefer not to set up a trade account with us, you have the option to contact our experienced sales advisors who will be able to assist in processing your order and payment over the phone.

I have placed my order- How long will I have to wait to receive it?
We guarantee delivery within 48hrs from placing your order. If you would like you would like to guarantee next day delivery or an express delivery before a specified time, you will be given the option when processing your order. Contact Us.

I can't find the product I require-what can I do?
Our customer service advisors are on hand to assist you in finding the product you require. However, if you are a buyer for a multi site organisation it might be the case that RS Sales supply the product you require but the item hasn't been approved for you to order by your authoriser. We recommend if you have any queries to Contact Us for further assistance.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password you can easily request a new password by clicking on the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link located on the customer login page. Click here to download further instructions.

What if I wish to change my password?
Changing your password can be completed once you have logged in. Navigate to the My Account section of the website and scroll down to the Change Password section. Once here you will be able to enter a new password after confirming your old password. Click here to download further instructions.
